Full Access is $14.99 USD a month or $99.99 USD a year. If you try it and it is not for you, you get your money back. Here is exactly how it works.
The 14-day refund
Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to the first payment of either plan, monthly or annual. There is no trial and no discount, so this is the guarantee that lets you try Full Access without worry.
This is our own promise, and it is at least as generous as the 14-day right that many places give you by law (including the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland), so you do not need to give up any legal right to use Full Access.
How to ask
Pick whichever is easiest:
- Through Paddle. Open the receipt Paddle emailed you and use the "Request a refund" or "Manage subscription" link, or go to paddle.net and find your order.
- Email us. Write to support@tryfinglish.com from the address you signed up with if you can, and put "refund" in the subject. We confirm your request and send it to Paddle.
Paddle is our payment partner and Merchant of Record, so Paddle is the one that sends the money back.
What happens next
- Paddle returns the money to the card or account you paid with. Approved refunds are usually paid out within 14 days, and how quickly it shows in your account depends on your bank.
- Your refund also ends your subscription, so you will not be charged again.
- After a refund, Full Access ends. Your account, your progress and the free module stay yours, and you are welcome to come back and subscribe whenever you like.
Later payments
The 14-day refund is for your first payment. Renewals work like this: if we renewed your subscription (monthly or annual) and you did not mean to keep it, ask within 14 days of that charge and, if you have not used Full Access since the renewal, we will refund it. Otherwise, you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again.
If you are under 18
If someone under 18 bought Full Access without a parent's or guardian's permission, the parent or guardian can email us and we will refund the charges.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- In your Finglish account, choose Manage subscription.
- Or use the Manage subscription link in any Paddle receipt.
- Or email support@tryfinglish.com and we will cancel it for you the same day.
Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period (the month, or the year on the annual plan). If you are inside the 14-day window, ask for a refund as described above. Your plan's price stays locked for as long as you are subscribed without a break.
If something goes wrong on our side
If Finglish is down or a feature you paid for is broken for a long time, tell us. We will fix it, or refund the affected period. If we end the Service or your plan without it being your fault, we refund the part of your current paid period you did not get.
Please talk to us before a chargeback
If you see a charge you do not recognize, email us first. We usually fix things within a day, and a refund is faster than a bank dispute. If you dispute a charge with your bank and we or Paddle believe it was a mistake or abuse, your access may be paused while it is reviewed.
Fair use
Refunds are for people who tried Full Access and decided it was not for them. We can decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, repeated refund requests across accounts, or other abuse, as Paddle's own refund policy also allows.
Who handles the money
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes payments, collects tax and pays refunds, under its Checkout Buyer Terms. Nothing in this policy takes away any rights you have under the law where you live. See the Terms of Service for the full billing details.
